Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to federal program objectives.
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing rigorous quality assurance checks and data cleaning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical data models.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries to support decision-making processes at high levels of government.
- Stay current with federal regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
