Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various federal sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate documentation and presentations for government stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations and internal security protocols.
- Automate data retrieval processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a federal, defense, or government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance.
