Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations for government stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agency objectives
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional committees
- Continuously improve data quality and analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- U.S. citizenship required for federal clearance eligibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to complete paid training program (12 weeks)
- Basic knowledge of federal data regulations a plus
