Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Generate reports and visualizations for agency stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support policy initiatives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
- Present findings to senior government officials in clear, actionable formats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to complete paid federal compliance training program
- Attention to detail with proven experience in data validation
