Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex veteran healthcare datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for leadership stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FISMA) and VA data standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality improvement initiatives
- Automate data workflows using Python and SQL to enhance operational efficiency
- Present analytical findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts

- Willingness to complete paid training program (12 weeks, 40 hrs/week)
