Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to support mission-critical decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations, including FISMA and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve reporting frameworks.
- Conduct statistical modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within government programs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with federal data standards, security clearance processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data for non-technical audiences.
