Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support agency objectives
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control procedures
- Stay current with evolving federal data governance regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of federal data compliance standards
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., CDA, CDMP) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
