Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for key stakeholders.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all federal systems.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data models, methodologies, and technical reports to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and data governance standards.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Secret/Top Secret) as required by the role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
