Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets to ensure accuracy and strict compliance with data governance standards.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or SAS to visualize complex data trends.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for federal projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate raw data into clear, actionable business intelligence.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and privacy laws (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates having experience within the federal government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data extraction; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or OMB circulars.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
