Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for government stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST, DoD directives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Support classified data processing in secure SCIF environments
- Document methodologies and maintain data quality frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal/government data analysis projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with federal data governance regulations
- Experience with large-scale database systems (Oracle, SQL Server)
