Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and structure large-scale datasets from various government sources to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex data requirements into analytical models.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security standards and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and present clear, concise data reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts (training provided).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal contract work.
