Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including document filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Assist the team with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating internal communications.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential files in compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as requested by management.
- Provide excellent customer service to the public and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance federal-specific skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to undergo a background investigation and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
