Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to federal employees, applicants, and the general public via phone and in-person inquiries.
- Data Management: Enter and verify data into secure federal databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Compliance: Ensure all daily tasks adhere to federal regulations, agency policies, and security protocols.
- Office Operations: Support the regional office with scheduling, correspondence, and daily operational needs.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital archives to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background investigation and security clearance process.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
