Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist veterans and their families with benefit inquiries via phone and in-person
- Support case management documentation and data entry in VA systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve benefit discrepancies
- Participate in ongoing training on VA policies and procedures
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for veteran services
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service experience with diverse populations
