Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security patrols and facility inspections to ensure compliance with federal safety standards.
- Monitor access control systems and log entry/exit data accurately for all federal personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA and federal regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics and supply chain operations for federal clients.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the facility management team.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and government officials.
- Adhere to all Department of Defense (DoD) directives and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in facility management, security, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
