Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in federal/local government compliance or policy analysis
- Proficiency in federal grant application processes (SAM.gov, Grants.gov)
- Expertise in Oakland municipal operations and California state regulations
- Advanced data analysis skills with SQL/Excel
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
