Responsibilities
- Analyze federal compliance data and prepare detailed reports for agency leadership
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects ensuring adherence to federal regulations
- Develop policy recommendations based on operational performance metrics
- Manage confidential information systems with strict security protocols
- Conduct stakeholder briefings with state and local government partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/state/local government roles
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Excellent written communication with report-writing samples required
- U.S. citizenship and Arizona residency
