Responsibilities
- Manage federal compliance and regulatory requirements for veteran services
- Analyze and interpret federal policies to ensure program alignment
- Coordinate with interagency partners on veteran outreach initiatives
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to senior leadership
- Provide guidance to staff on federal procurement procedures
- Implement quality control measures for service delivery
- Represent the agency in stakeholder meetings and community events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years federal government experience
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Proficiency in government systems (e.g., SAM.gov, FPDS)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with veteran service programs preferred
