Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume administrative tasks and data entry with 99.9% accuracy.
- Review and process incoming federal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and agency protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend operations and team schedules.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Generate weekly reports and update digital databases in real-time.
- Ensure a secure and organized physical and digital workspace.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for federal employment.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government software systems.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
- Background: Ability to pass a standard federal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
