Responsibilities
- Process and review federal applications and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist applicants with navigating federal hiring procedures and forms (SF-50, SF-86).
- Maintain detailed records of all hiring activities and applicant interactions.
- Coordinate interviews and schedule appointments with hiring managers and agency representatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, privacy laws, and agency policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants via phone, email, and in-person.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
