Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal employment applications and documentation with strict adherence to federal guidelines.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new federal hires, including security clearance processing.
- Conduct background checks and ensure all personnel compliance requirements are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of federal compliance programs and internal policies.
- Respond to inquiries from federal agencies and internal stakeholders regarding personnel matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of federal personnel data and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with agency partners to identify staffing needs and facilitate talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required for federal positions.
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal government regulations and hiring protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and federal HR software systems.
