Responsibilities
- Develop and implement veteran support programs in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate with state and local agencies to deliver seamless services to veterans
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend improvements to veteran healthcare services
- Manage grant applications and funding allocations for veteran initiatives
- Conduct outreach and community engagement to expand veteran access to benefits
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program effectiveness and veteran satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal or state government operations
- Proficiency in federal compliance frameworks (FAR, VA regulations)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in policy impact assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with veteran service organizations or healthcare systems
