Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for federal IT systems and networks.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct security assessments and maintain compliance with federal regulations.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical incidents 24/7.
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- 5+ years of experience in federal or military IT environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced network administration.
- Knowledge of DoD Information Assurance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment.
