Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal IT systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime and security compliance.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive federal data against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software solutions and hardware upgrades.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for internal federal stakeholders and end-users.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to align with NIST and DoD standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all system configurations and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong understanding of DoD directives and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
