Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor NIST cybersecurity frameworks across federal networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified systems
- Manage security incident response protocols and threat intelligence analysis
- Oversee access control systems and identity management solutions
- Develop and maintain security documentation for compliance with FedRAMP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system hardening initiatives

Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal IT security environments
- Certification in CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA CySA+
- Expertise in network security tools (e.g., Splunk, Palo Alto)
- Knowledge of FISMA and NIST SP 800-53 standards
- Experience with cloud security architectures (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD 8570 compliance
