Responsibilities
- Manage federal IT systems including network infrastructure, databases, and cybersecurity protocols
- Implement and maintain compliance with FISMA and NIST security standards
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate with federal agencies on cross-system integration projects
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
- Lead IT infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal IT systems administration experience
- Active Security+ CE certification or equivalent federal security clearance
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and IT procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience with system performance monitoring tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
