Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cybersecurity systems
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
- Provide technical support to naval personnel and troubleshoot complex IT issues
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards and regulations (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document IT procedures and create comprehensive technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or cybersecurity
- Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of federal IT compliance frameworks
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
