Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for federal agency networks.
- Network Administration: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Security Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to meet FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with government clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contracting or IT support roles.
- Clearance: Active Top Secret or Secret clearance is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and scripting languages (Python/Bash).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
