Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for federal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in compliance with federal security policies.
- Conduct routine system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal operations.
- Perform software patching, updates, and security vulnerability assessments.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT solutions and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with federal IT standards and compliance regulations (FISMA, NIST).
