Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data against cyber threats.
- Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and hardware upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and incident reports.
- Provide technical support to federal staff and contractors as needed.
Qualifications
- Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Clearance or higher (or the ability to obtain one).
- Education: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or federal systems management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS).
