Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and government personnel.
- Conduct system audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IT solutions that meet agency requirements.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related federal role.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or AWS Solutions Architect certification is highly desirable.
