Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT infrastructure systems and networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and DOD security standards.
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support to government stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Document system configurations, changes, and technical procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- 3+ years of experience in federal IT environments or defense contracting.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
