Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage and maintain complex federal IT systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data against cyber threats.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for federal employees and stakeholders.
- Network Management: Configure and troubleshoot local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) in compliance with federal standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT operations adhere to strict federal regulations and security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR 4 years of specialized IT experience.
- Certifications: Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
