Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations and cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that improve agency operations.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience: At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
