Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex federal IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive government data and applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks in accordance with federal regulations (FISMA).
- Document technical processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Active Security Clearance (Public Trust or Secret) or willingness to obtain one.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL Foundation are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, government contracting environment.
