Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot complex federal network infrastructure and communication systems.
- Monitor system performance and perform nightly security audits to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for remote users and night-shift operations teams.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and improve system reliability.
- Document all technical procedures, configurations, and incidents in compliance with documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance or higher (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or comparable government contracting.
- Strong proficiency in network protocols, firewalls, and secure data transmission.
- Experience with remote desktop solutions and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.
