Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the integrity of federal network infrastructure and systems.
- Implement and enforce strict cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Manage hardware and software asset inventory across multiple federal facilities.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for federal staff and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with federal regulations (FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy IT systems.
- Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support within a federal or government environment.
- Active Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in ITIL framework and Service Desk management.
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices and federal compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
