Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and maintenance for federal IT systems during weekend operations.
- Monitor system health and performance to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical government services.
- Assist federal agencies with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive federal data.
- Document technical incidents, resolutions, and system updates in compliance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with on-call teams to escalate and resolve complex technical escalations.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and the ability to obtain a federal security clearance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or federal contract work.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
