Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for federal agency networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot IT equipment including laptops, printers, and servers.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations, NIST standards, and ITIL frameworks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the team to implement cybersecurity measures and patch management strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades for government clients.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent military experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a federal contracting environment or similar technical role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
