Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees and systems.
- Monitor system performance, network traffic, and security alerts during night operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards and protocols (NIST).
- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate technical logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software assets within the federal environment.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal contracting.
- Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
