Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for federal government systems and networks.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Ensure strict compliance with NIST security standards and federal IT policies.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (IAM).
- Document technical issues and resolutions in accordance with federal documentation standards.
- Collaborate with remote teams to deliver seamless IT support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Active Federal Government Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with government stakeholders.
