Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtualization environments.
- Ensure strict compliance with NIST security standards and federal information processing regulations.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.

Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (preferred).

- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and incident response.
