Responsibilities
- Manage and process sensitive government data with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders and team members via email and video conferencing.
- Conduct research and prepare detailed reports to support federal policy development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients regarding federal inquiries.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and agency protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder eligible for government clearance.
- Previous experience in federal, state, or local government sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
