Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for federal contracts to ensure 100% accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping, including trucking and air freight, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
- Process and verify shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs paperwork accurately.
- Maintain organized records of all logistical transactions and coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or federal contract support.
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and compliance requirements (e.g., FAR, DOD instructions).
- Ability to obtain or possess a Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
