Responsibilities
- Analyze complex program operations to identify efficiency improvements
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across VA departments
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Manage $5M+ federal budgets with strict compliance oversight
- Implement performance metrics for veteran service programs
- Lead stakeholder engagement with veteran advocacy groups
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- GS-12 level experience (or equivalent)
- Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Advanced data analysis skills (SQL, Tableau)
- Strong project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Experience with VA/DoD systems (Vista, M2)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
