Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal facility operations during the night shift to ensure the safety of all personnel and assets.
- Process and maintain sensitive federal documents, records, and logs with strict adherence to compliance protocols.
- Coordinate with on-site security teams and law enforcement to report and address any irregularities or emergencies immediately.
- Perform routine inspections of facility systems, equipment, and entry points to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the delivery of essential services and support to federal agencies operating 24/7.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and report anomalies to shift supervisors without delay.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain the necessary security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a security, administrative, or government support role is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex federal regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
