Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate federal security systems and data entry terminals during night shifts.
- Coordinate with federal agency supervisors to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal compliance and security protocols at all times.
- Document operational logs, incident reports, and shift handovers accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system checks and perform minor hardware maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid Green Card.
- Clearance: Must possess or be eligible for a Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in federal contract environments or night shift operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with federal IT infrastructure.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
