Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage inventory operations during night shift hours to ensure 100% accuracy and timely distribution.
- Execute inbound and outbound shipping processes, including documentation, labeling, and equipment operation.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal safety regulations, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor warehouse metrics and generate daily performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks and optimize night shift workflows.
- Perform physical tasks such as forklift operation, palletizing, and material handling as required.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be eligible for a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.
- Experience working in a 24/7 facility or night shift environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer software (Excel, SAP).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
