Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate federal communication systems during night shifts to ensure continuous service delivery.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and sensitive documents with strict adherence to federal security protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily operations and report discrepancies immediately to federal supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Louisville, KY and California to resolve operational issues.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and equipment checks to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in the training of new night shift personnel on federal compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance.
- Previous experience in federal, military, or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedural guidelines.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation for onsite work in Louisville, KY.
