Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol designated federal facilities during overnight hours
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations with precision
- Conduct thorough security inspections and access control checks
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs in compliance with federal protocols
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Operate advanced security equipment including biometric scanners and CCTV systems
- Enforce federal regulations and security procedures at all times
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with surveillance technology and security software
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
